General Assistance
The SDCC operates an RT instance for handling user tickets, users should submit a ticket by the following:
- Browse our queue list to locate which email address to use for submitting a question/comment
- SDCC staff members will generally reply to your request within 1-2 business days
- Be sure to use the correct queue when submitting a ticket
- Upon resolution of a ticket there is no need to reply unless the issue is not resolved on your end, replying to a resolved ticket, even with ’thank you’, will re open the ticket
