Before You Submit a Ticket
A few quick checks resolve most common issues before a ticket is needed:
- Confirm your account is active and you have completed BNL cybersecurity training.
- Verify your SSH public key is uploaded at https://useraccount.sdcc.bnl.gov/ssh-key.
- Run
kinitto refresh your Kerberos ticket. - Check the service documentation in the main navigation for known troubleshooting steps.
